Monday: Snow Sport conditioning

Snow Sport Conditioning focuses on full-body strength, balance, and endurance with movements that translate directly to snow sports.

Expect lighter to moderate weights, higher reps, and continuous movement designed to challenge your legs, core, and stability.

This class is higher energy, coach-led, and scalable.

Whether you’re gearing up for the season or just want a functional, athletic workout, you’ll leave feeling strong.

Tuesday: Build

A strength class focused on building muscle and control.

Build emphasizes intentional movement, controlled lifting, and proper form. You’ll move through strength exercises with a focus on time under tension, slowing things down to build strength and improve control.

Coaches guide you through each movement, offer modifications, and help you lift in a safe way.

Expect to leave feeling strong and accomplished.

Stability centers on slower, intentional movements that challenge balance and coordination.

This class is coach-led with plenty of options to scale movements up or down.

It’s a great midweek reset that helps you feel more connected and steady in your body.

Sunday: Rise Or Recover

A low-impact class focused on mobility, movement, and helping your body recover after a long week.

Rise or Recover is designed to let you choose if you want a more intense or more mellow workout.

Expect gentle bodyweight work, stretching, and light conditioning using the ergs to get blood flowing.
