Who is this program for?

This program is designed for women who:

  • Have been told they have osteoporosis or osteopenia

  • Want to get stronger through weight training, but aren’t sure what’s safe

  • Don’t feel ready to do this on their own yet

  • Feel hesitant walking into a regular gym or class

  • Have had pain or injuries and don’t want to make things worse

  • Want guidance, structure, and progression—not random workouts

  • Value a small group, supervised environment where they’re actually coached
